THALASOTHERAPY - THALASSOTHERAPY BY THE SEA - multifaceted effects of the sea resources such as climate, sand, sea water or algae (during your stay, a morning start on a sandy beach, walks along the sea shore with Nordic walking sticks). Thalassotherapy is used for: respiratory diseases, rheumatic diseases, endocrine diseases such as thyroid diseases, treatment of osteoporosis, lowered immunity, physical exhaustion, chronic stress, certain mental illnesses such as neurosis, depression, dermatological diseases such as psoriasis, ringworm, chronic back pain and skin problems.
SILVOTERAPY - FOREST THERAPY - the Japanese practice of forest bathing is based on the primordial nature of man. We are simply made for communing with nature and that is why we are so comfortable with it. The neighbourhood of a pine forest located right at the edge of a sandy dune creates a specific micro-climate, which can be fully enjoyed during walks with Nordic walking sticks. Silvotherapy contributes to lowering blood pressure, relieves stress and tension, and calms down; in addition, the chemical substances released by the trees and plants (phytoncides) strengthen the immune system.
HELIOTHERAPY - SUN THERAPY - sunlight is essential for the development of life on earth. Its daily dose influences the maintenance of health and well-being. It is a free and widely available method of treatment, so everyone can benefit from it in their spare time. Exposure to the sun should not only take place in summer or spring. It is just as necessary (or even more so) during the colder half of the year. Then a daily autumn walk or a winter hike along the shores of the sandy sea using iodine therapy is ideal.

LOCATION
Dźwirzyno is located 13 kilometres from Kołobrzeg, between the Baltic coast and Lake Resko Przymorskie. It is known for one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast and one of the cleanest sea baths. The wide beach formed of fine, clean and bright grains of sand passes landward into a high dune embankment, reaching up to 16 metres above sea level. The beach at the Centre is clean and wide, and the iodine-filled microclimate and green surroundings guarantee perfect conditions for relaxation.

Communal Sports and Recreation Centre - is a sports complex with full-size pitches for basketball, volleyball, football, tennis. In addition, the centre also includes: a sports hall, gym, tennis court, mini golf, skate park.
Windsurfing and kitesurfing school - water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the Resko Przymorskie lake connected to the Baltic Sea by the navigable Resko Channel, where there is a harbour and marina for yachts and windsurfers. A windsurfing and kitesurfing school with equipment rental is located on Lake Resko.
Other attractions in the region:
Pomerania Fun Park Kołobrzeg - The park is 14 km from Kołobrzeg and is located in the village of Pyszka, access from Kołobrzeg - Road no. 163 in the direction of Białogard. The largest amusement park in Western Pomerania. Here the whole family will be able to spend a wonderful time having fun together. Within the Park there are outdoor attractions available seasonally and year-round attractions operating regardless of the weather. In addition, there are two restaurants, a café and numerous refreshment points. The Pomerania Fun Park is also an area where events and concerts are organised. Our attractions are designed in such a way that both children and adults can play to their heart's content. The park also features an authentic Viking village - Trollborg is a castle consisting of 10 huts where real Vikings live and work.
Wild West Kołobrzeg - Zieleniewo (11 km) is an ideal place for those craving western-style adventures, a place where you can meet real cowboys, visit a saloon with cowboy food, see a western show, a bank robbery, stunt shows. You can go to an Indian village, visit an Indian wigwam and eat, listen to Indian stories, see exotic Indian costumes and their colourful dances, light a peace pipe. You are also invited to enjoy an unforgettable horse ride!
Hortulus Theme Gardens in Dobrzyca (40 km) - is a composition of 28 gardens in different styles and with different content. The largest gardens: Japanese, French, English-style rosarium, are the perfect backdrop for wedding and event photography,
The Whale Park in Rewal (37 km) is a fantastic way for families with children to spend their free time in an active and educational way. More than 100 creatures from the depths of the seas and oceans await the little ones here: giant whales, sharks, squid and various species of fish. All of the creatures are replicas that you can touch and take a photo with. A friendly pirate, chatty parrots, a bouncy castle and a playground also await.
Lighthouse Miniature Park in Niechorze (35 km) - The park presents 29 active and historical lighthouses in 1:10 scale, including all those operating on the Polish Baltic coast. In the Park you can also see objects in all their glory from the years of their magnificence, which have now fallen into disrepair or are unavailable for visiting. The models are built of weather-resistant materials. They are integrated into the green surroundings enriched with colourful flower compositions.
