Silvotherapy helps to lower blood pressure, relieves stress and tension, and calms down; in addition, the chemical substances released by the trees and plants (phytoncides) strengthen the immune system.
HELIOTHERAPY - SUN THERAPY - sunlight is essential for the development of life on earth. Its daily dose influences the maintenance of health and well-being. It is a free and widely available method of treatment, so everyone can benefit from it in their spare time. Exposure to the sun should not only take place in summer or spring. It is just as necessary (or even more so) during the colder half of the year. Then, a daily autumn walk or a winter hike along the shore of a sandy sea using iodotherapy is an ideal idea.

Our secret lies hidden in the healing properties of the Kołobrzeg brine, boosted by the aromatic oils and a dry aerosol including 5% of medical salt. In the cabin, the temperature reaches the pleasant 40°C which serves your comfort and relaxation just splendidly. The therapeutic power of brine heals the respiratory tracts and stimulates the immune system to function more effectively.
