THALASSOTHERAPY – SEA THERAPY
Climate, sand, seawater and algae create a multi-faceted effect. During your stay: morning beach warm-up and walks along the seashore with Nordic walking poles. Thalassotherapy is especially recommended for: respiratory tract diseases, rheumatic conditions, thyroid disorders and osteoporosis, reduced immunity, chronic stress, neuroses and depression, plus dermatological issues (e.g., psoriasis, fungal infections) and chronic spinal pain.
SILVOTHERAPY – FOREST THERAPY
