- individual care of an experienced dietitian on the hotel premises tailored to health condition and medications taken
initial and final body composition analysis using In-body device – for stays of at least 7 days, for shorter stays (<7 days) body composition analysis is done once per stay
consultation with a dietitian - optional extra charge – includes interview about eating habits and lifestyle, as well as discussion about proposed modifications and their impact on health. The dietitian will explain holistic nutrition principles and teach how to compose a diet tailored to current health issues, supplementing existing deficiencies to improve health and well-being with a focus on gradual weight loss

LOCATION
Neptuno Resort&Spa seaside hotel is located in Dźwirzyno, 13 kilometers from Kołobrzeg, between the Baltic Sea shore and Resko Przymorskie lake. The town is known for one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast and one of the cleanest sea bathing areas. The wide beach made of fine, clean and light grains of sand transitions inland into a high dune ridge reaching up to 16 m above sea level. The beach by the hotel is clean and wide, and the iodine-rich microclimate and green surroundings guarantee excellent conditions for relaxation.

While in Dźwirzyno, it is worth visiting:
- Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Dźwirzyno – a sports complex with full-size basketball, volleyball, soccer, and tennis courts. Additionally, on the center's premises there is a sports hall, gym, tennis court, mini-golf, and a skate park.
- Windsurfing and kitesurfing school – for water sports enthusiasts, there is Resko Przymorskie lake connected to the Baltic Sea by the navigable Resko Canal, which has a port and marina for yachts and windsurfers. The windsurfing and kitesurfing school along with equipment rental is located by Resko lake, near the hotel.
Other attractions in the region:
- Pomerania Fun Park Kołobrzeg - The park is located 14 km from Kołobrzeg in the village of Pyszka, reached by road no. 163 towards Białogard. The largest amusement park in Western Pomerania. Here the whole family can spend a wonderful time enjoying shared fun. The park offers outdoor attractions available seasonally as well as year-round attractions operating regardless of weather. Guests also have access to two restaurants, a café, and many food outlets. Pomerania Fun Park is also a venue for events and concerts. Our attractions are designed so that both children and adults can enjoy them to the fullest. The park also features an authentic Viking village – Trollborg, a settlement consisting of 10 huts inhabited and worked by real Vikings.
- Wild West Kołobrzeg – Zieleniewo (11 km) is an ideal place for adventure seekers looking for a western-style experience, a place to meet real cowboys, visit a saloon with cowboy food, watch a western show, bank robbery reenactment, and stunt performances. You can visit an Indian village, explore an Indian wigwam and eat, listen to Native American stories, see exotic Native American costumes and colorful dances, and smoke a peace pipe. We also invite you for an unforgettable horseback ride!
- Hortulus Themed Gardens in Dobrzyca (40 km) – a composition of 28 gardens in different styles and with various themes. The largest gardens: Japanese, French, and English rose garden, make a perfect backdrop for wedding and special occasion photography,
- Whale Park in Rewal (37 km) is a fantastic way for families with children to spend free time actively and educationally. The youngest visitors will find over 100 creatures from the depths of seas and oceans: giant whales, sharks, squids, and various fish species. All creatures are replicas that can be touched and photographed. There is also a friendly pirate, talkative parrots, an inflatable castle, and a playground.
- Lighthouse Miniatures Park in Niechorze (35 km) - The park features 29 active and historical lighthouses at a 1:10 scale, including all those operating on the Polish Baltic coast. In the park, you can also see objects in their full glory from their heyday, which are now in ruins or inaccessible for visits. The models are made of weather-resistant materials and are incorporated into green surroundings enriched with colorful floral compositions.
